Shipping Rates
Kreole Designz currently offers $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping on eligible physical orders shipped within the United States.
Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Digital Products
Canva templates, PNG designs, and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Access is provided after purchase using the download or access method indicated on the individual product listing. No physical product will be mailed when purchasing a digital-only product.

DTF Transfers, Custom Products & Handcrafted Items
Because many Kreole Designz products are made, printed, or prepared specifically for your order, we take the time necessary to ensure each item meets our quality standards.
Standard processing time: 3–7 business days.
Processing begins after your order and all required customization information have been received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods—including holidays, graduation season, and other special-event periods—processing times may be extended.
Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping service, when available, does not shorten the time required to create or prepare your order.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, estimated carrier transit times are:

Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days, when available and selected at checkout
Transit and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The estimated delivery information displayed at checkout may also account for processing time before shipment.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If you're ordering for a birthday, graduation, holiday, or other time-sensitive event, we strongly encourage ordering early enough to allow for both processing and carrier transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful because of:
- Incorrect street addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Other incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
If an order is returned to Kreole Designz because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Carrier & Shipping Delays
We work diligently to process and ship orders within our stated timelines. However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery after a package has been accepted by the carrier.
These may include severe weather or natural events, carrier interruptions, holiday shipping volume, transportation disruptions, and other unexpected delays.
Customers purchasing products for time-sensitive events are encouraged to order well in advance.
Lost, Missing or Delivered Packages
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and designated delivery areas
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Allowing a short period for delivery, as carrier tracking may occasionally update before final delivery
- Contacting the carrier or your local post office for additional information
If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost in transit, please contact Kreole Designz at kreoledesignz@att.net. We will review the available tracking information and assist with determining appropriate next steps.
For packages reported as delivered by the carrier, please contact us if you are unable to locate your order after completing the steps above. We will assist with reviewing the available delivery information.

Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically and will not be physically shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are generally Final Sale and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, subject to applicable law.
