Once you've opened your template in Canva, select Share → Download and choose the file format that best suits your needs.

PDF Print — Recommended for Printing

For high-quality printed pieces, PDF Print is generally the best choice. It is especially useful when sending your finished design to a professional print shop.

PNG

Ideal for graphics, labels, stickers, and digital use. PNG provides crisp image quality and can support transparent backgrounds when the design and your Canva account/export options allow it.

JPG

A convenient option for digital sharing, social media, and everyday printing. JPG files are widely compatible across devices and platforms.

BEST SETTINGS FOR GREAT RESULTS

  • Choose the highest-quality export settings available for your file type.
  • Use Crop marks and bleed when required by your professional printer.
  • If your design extends to the edge of the finished piece, make sure the design extends into the bleed area before downloading.
  • Always check your printer's preferred file specifications before submitting your design.

Digital products are available after your purchase is confirmed. Check the email associated with your order for your download or access information. If account access is available for your purchase, you may also be able to access your order information through your customer account.
